1. Introduction

Government Degree College Chail Koti was established in 2014 to provide quality higher education to students from rural and semi-urban areas of Shimla district. Initially starting with Arts subjects, the college gradually expanded to include Commerce and various co-curricular activities for holistic development.

The Institutional Development Plan aims to guide the college towards academic excellence, infrastructure development, research culture, skill development, and community engagement over the next five years.
